"Best customer service ever! Sarah was amazing. I no longer live in ROC and I was attempting to purchase a 70th birthday present for delivery. Sarah described the items available, texted me pictures, and pulled the sale items I decided on before anyone else could grab them. She was so patient with me and a pleasure to work with. And even mailed me a personal note along with the hard copies of my receipts. 10 stars on the 5 star review!"

"On Friday March 31 2023 my daughter was waiting for police to respond to an accident she’d had near Parkleigh on Park Avenue, Rochester NY. After 2 hours, she had to use the bathroom, and left her car to go into the Parkleigh store. Even though she told them her circumstances, she was refused use of their facilities. She went to Calabresella’s on Park who, no questions asked, allowed her to use their bathroom. When they found out about her long wait, they even offered her free food.
What a huge difference between these two businesses.
Parkleigh should be so ashamed.
My daughter went on to wait 3 more hours before police could respond. No blame goes to the police, we know our officers are spread thin and we appreciate all their efforts."
