Shipping

Orders for in-stock items received by 2 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday through Thursday will ship within three business days via UPS Ground. Expect arrival within 7-10 business days after we ship. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will always incur the additional Overnight Delivery Charge of $29.95. Any orders received after 2 pm EST will be processed for shipping on the next business day. Orders received Friday through Sunday will be processed for shipping on the following Monday. Express Service is not available for furniture. With all orders, if an item is out of stock at the time your order is placed, a Parkleigh Sales Associate will contact you via phone or e-mail. Please be aware that some "junk e-mail filters" may prevent our message or order confirmation from getting to you if you have not included mail from Parkleigh as an exception in your filters. When your order is shipped via UPS you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the UPS e-mail address "Quantum View."

UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. You must use a full street address

Sales Tax
New York Sales Tax will apply to all orders shipping within New York State. New York Sales Tax applies to all shipping charges for taxable items purchased and shipped within New York State. There is no sales tax applied to orders placed or shipped outside of New York State.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you receive everything in perfect condition and that you love what you ordered. However, if your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging it arrived in, and simply follow the instructions included in your shipment to return it to us. Unless an order is received damaged, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. After we receive a returned package you will be issued a credit or an exchange as quickly as possible. Within 30 days you are entitled to a full refund. After 30 days, store credit only with original receipt. No refunds after 90 days.
